Brad Franssen

Brad Franssen has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry; in residential, commercial and industrial arenas. He is currently President of IMG Design Build Ltd. and is a principal with IMG Principals, a private equity group. He has 20 years of supervisory experience, along with diversity in steel, concrete and wood construction.

Brad has managed projects in a wide scope of industries; ranging from oil and gas, mining and transportation, to architectural and manufacturing. He has directed and coordinated over 50 sites/projects worldwide, with a minimum of 11 sites/projects running concurrently. In addition, Brad has been responsible for multimillion dollar projects in the United States and South America (involving construction, administration, scheduling, negotiations, procurement and consultation with professionals ranging from engineers to purchasing agents).

Carter Siebens

Carter Siebens has 20 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate transactions, manufacturing management, corporate administration and acquisition integration.

Carter is currently the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of IMG Design Build Ltd. and is a principal with IMG Principals. He is also a director of Beta Machinery Analysis and Great River Journey Ltd.
